Sync Settings

MultitaskAI offers seamless synchronization of your data across multiple devices using Google Drive. When enabled, all your chats, agents, prompts, and settings are automatically backed up and synchronized, ensuring you have access to your latest data wherever you work.

Enabling Google Drive Sync

1. Go to https://app.multitaskai.com/settings/sync
2. Click Connect with Google Drive
3. Sign in to your Google account and authorize MultitaskAI
4. Your data will begin syncing automatically

How Sync Works

MultitaskAI automatically:

• Backs up your data to Google Drive in real-time
• Synchronizes changes across all your devices
• Resolves conflicts by preferring the most recently updated version
• Maintains your privacy by storing data in your personal Google Drive space

Conflict Resolution

When the same item (such as a chat or agent) is modified on different devices:

• MultitaskAI compares the timestamps of the modifications
• The version with the most recent update is preserved
• This ensures you always have access to your latest changes

Storage Usage

MultitaskAI stores sync data in your personal Google Drive storage:

• All data is stored in a dedicated MultitaskAI folder
