Stay productive across all your devices with MultitaskAI Cloud's seamless synchronization. Whether you're working on your laptop at home, switching to your phone during commute, or using a tablet for meetings, your conversations, agents, prompts, files, and settings follow you everywhere.
MultitaskAI Cloud automatically keeps everything in sync in real-time, so you never lose context when switching between devices. Start a conversation on one device and continue it seamlessly on another—your AI workflow remains uninterrupted no matter where you are.
Getting Started with Sync
Setting up synchronization is straightforward and takes just a few moments:
First, navigate to your sync settings and sign in to your MultitaskAI account. The great news is that when you're logged in, you don't need a license key—authentication automatically activates your account. Once you're signed in, simply toggle Enable Sync to MultitaskAI Cloud and your data will begin synchronizing immediately.
How Synchronization Works
MultitaskAI Cloud operates intelligently in the background, creating a secure bridge between all your devices. Every time you create a new chat, modify an agent, or adjust your settings, these changes are automatically backed up to your personal cloud space and then synchronized to your other devices.
The system continuously monitors for changes and updates your data across devices without any manual intervention. When conflicts arise—such as when you've modified the same conversation on two different devices while offline—MultitaskAI resolves these automatically by preserving the most recently updated version, ensuring you never lose your latest work.
Understanding Your Storage
Your MultitaskAI Cloud account includes 1GB of secure storage space, which is typically more than sufficient for extensive usage. This storage safely houses all your conversation history, custom agents, model configurations, prompts, API keys, uploaded files, and personal settings.
The sync interface provides real-time visibility into your storage usage and synchronization status. You'll see exactly how much storage you're using (displayed as something like "250MB/1GB") alongside the count of files stored both locally and in the cloud.
Monitoring Sync Status
The synchronization dashboard gives you complete transparency into your data sync status. Each data type—whether it's chats, messages, agents, models, prompts, API keys, files, or settings—displays both your local count and remote count in an easy-to-read "local/remote" format.
Color-coded indicators help you quickly understand the sync state at a glance. Green indicates everything is perfectly synchronized, yellow suggests there are differences that are being resolved, and red alerts you to any sync errors that might need attention. You can refresh these statistics at any time to get the most current sync information.
Privacy and Security
Your data privacy remains paramount with MultitaskAI Cloud. All synchronization happens directly between your devices and our secure cloud infrastructure, with no third-party services involved. Your conversations, files, and settings are encrypted and stored securely, accessible only to you.
The synchronization process respects your privacy by design—your data travels directly from your devices to MultitaskAI Cloud and back, ensuring that your AI conversations and personal information remain completely confidential throughout the sync process.
