Import

Import Data

If you have an exported JSON file from MultitaskAI, you can quickly restore your configurations, chats, agents, files, and prompts by importing the file. You can choose to import all data or select specific items to import.

Steps to Import

1. Go to https://app.multitaskai.com/settings/import.
2. Click Import Data and select the JSON file from your computer.
3. You'll see a checklist of available data types to import:
   • Chats
   • Agents
   • Files
   • Prompts
   • Settings
4. Select "Select All" to import everything, or individually check the items you want to import.
5. Click "Import Selected" to begin the import process.
6. Confirm the action when prompted.

After the import completes, MultitaskAI will recreate your selected data exactly as it was, allowing you to pick up where you left off.
